QUALITY MANAGER Report To:
PresidentAsheboro, NCDirect HireOur client, precision machining manufacture that specializes in CNC machined components is looking for a Quality Manager.
Job Description:
Responsible for all quality aspects of the organization Manage customer quality issue Implement and maintain the ISO-9001, TS-16949, and AS-9100 systems Responsible for APQP, FAI and PPAP of new parts Verify the final quality of parts Responsible for new part launches Responsible for process audits, dock audits, and internal quality audits Responsible for obtaining and maintaining all new and existing gages Responsible for maintaining the statistical process control within the organization.
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

years managing Quality in a production environment Skilled in the audit process both internally and externally Excellent computer skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Above average math skills Ability to instruct production personnel on quality Ability to use various measurement devices, Effective communication skills - ability to read, write and converse in the English language.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
