Customer Service Specialist - Staff position working in the office of The Agency, Inc., a 30 year employment firm.

Seeking positive, upbeat, friendly person who posses a high energy level. Candidate must have strong background in Customer Service. This person must be team oriented, self motivated and show strong problem solving skills. Professional appearance, excellent computer skills, superb written and oral ability, interpersonal and coaching skills. Fast pace, demanding environment.
Paid Holidays and Vacation. Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30

Job Duties:
- Administers test specific to company and job skills, performs drug test, police report, and E-Verify for Employment Eligibility Verification.
- Provides training in areas of interest to support job placement.
- Manages client accounts.
- Placing potential job candidates in diverse work environments.
- Schedule all direct interviews with clients.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
