Inspect raw material, components, packaged product or finished product to determine conformance to establish inspection criteria and procedures.
Provide written documentation as to the acceptability or non conformance of inspected material.
Complete and maintain inspection documentation records and ensure proper identification and traceability.
Consult with Quality Assurance supervisor/management personnel for disposition of questionable materials.
Maintain inspection records using a filing system which provides ease of accessibility.
Ensure all materials are properly identified as to the current inspection and test status.
Ensure quarantined or rejected materials are properly identified, segregated and dis-positioned.
Maintain most current revision of inspection criteria and associated documentation.
Provide other departmental support as requested by immediate supervisor.
Adhere to and ensure the compliance of Teleflex Medical's Code of Conduct, all Company policies, rules, procedures and housekeeping standards.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
