Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives and ensure they provide excellent service to customers - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company standards - Train and onboard new customer service representatives - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
